“All appointments are to be paid for without notice of 2 weeks for planned breaks.  

Any break beyond 2 weeks at one time will be paid for to reserve the space. 

Payment will be expected except in the case of unpredictable and serious personal emergencies. I will attempt to be accommodating with rescheduling if needed. This is not guaranteed.

If you are unable to visit the office, for example due to illness, travel or weather conditions, I will be available for an online session but unable to cancel the appointment.  

If I am unable to attend the session, I will advise you by email at the earliest opportunity. No fee will be payable in this circumstance. If you completed payment at the time of booking, I will transfer the payment to the next session.
