As an ethical principle, to avoid burnout, and vicarious trauma we find ways to resource. The pillars of self care focus on key areas of health and wellbeing. The main areas include Physical, Emotional, Social and Mental health.
As an artist, I have discovered the healing potential of creativity and believe it is a brilliant resource.
It is my offering to you, to relieve stress and discover for yourself the potential that creativity provides. Small group classes to foster connection for professionals to experiment and explore through creativity and somatic exercises.
